Hi, I'm Sarah and I live in Pembrokeshire, West Wales with my husband and two beautiful children. I love laughing, dancing (mostly around my kitchen!), wild swimming, and enjoying time with my family and friends.

While on my own healing journey I discovered the transformational power of EFT and Matrix Reimprinting. It has supported me in ways I could never have imagined and continues to support me daily with my physical and emotional wellbeing, as well as my spiritual growth. I'm humbled and excited to have the opportunity to share this with you. 

What I love about EFT and Matrix work is that client and practitioner work together as a team - we have all the wisdom, knowledge and magic we need to heal and transform. My job as a practitioner is purely to facilitate that process. Together we will heal trauma, calm your nervous system and uncover and transform beliefs that don't serve you. Along the way, all those pains, symptoms and issues that have been keeping you stuck will melt away as you move towards a life filled with joy and purpose. Together, we can unlock your potential for healing and transformation.
